Does anyone have experince with the Amazon Fire HD 10? Amazon Prime Day is coming and they should have a good price.

I enjoy curling up on the couch with my tablet to read MRH and Running Extra.

My Eclipse 7 needs replacing as it can not be updated and no longer can cast to my TV.

Need a bigger type face on screen that is why going to a 10.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Started with a .skp file from the Sketchup 3D Warehouse, added some details, corrected some flaws, added holes for the axels and the bolster screw.  Now that I have the Cura print file saved, I can print a new truck any time I want in 18 minutes on my old Printrbot Play. 

Today the layout had a very special visitor drop by for a look and run on the layout. Kevin Lee Klettke from http://wnrr.net/ fame has been keeping in touch with me for some years now. And as luck would have it, Kevin was visiting his daughter here in Melbourne.

Due to the sudden death of my mother, the timetable for moving and dismantling the layout has been scrunched up considerably. As such, I will start dismantling immediately after these sessions are streamed. There will be one final update outlining the final progress as well as what to expect from the channel. After that, I'll probably remain off of YouTube aside from comments and keeping up with subscriptions. Videos will pick up again in a few months with a look at the temporary workbench setup.
