The Ohio & Eastern gets a locomotive
The Ohio & Eastern is my imaginary line that runs from Cleveland to Pittsburgh in the late 90's. I run mostly Conrail equipment. This is the first loco that I've lettered for my railroad. It is an Atlas U23B that was patched out.

Spring Update
A busy spring has slowed progress on the railroad dramatically. Goals for February were pushed into March, and then into April. Despite this, some progress has been made. I will quickly run through what has gotten done, and my plans for the summer.
Wanted, Prototype Photos and data: NSC 115 Ton Aggregate Hopper
I want to scratch build this rail car, so this is a request for any photos, details, or accurate drawings of the real thing.
It's a fairly new model of an open top Aggregate hopper, manufactured by National Steel Car.

Another color question...
Hi @all
I have here a CF7 from Athearn on the workbench, and want to recolor it to #50 of the Central Florida Railroad.
I've found the decals at Highball Graphics, but now I wonder about the red color of the engine.
Any idea which color I can use?
Thanks and regards,
Martin

Engraving in Styrofoam
Hi!
I´ve been hesitant to make large engraving projects. Both because it´s time consuming and also because my projects hasn´t turned out very well unfortunately. Now, I have however learnt a few tricks and methods to get a decent look, so I made a short video tutorial diy. Here´s a typical wall made in Styrofoam:

Atlas/Kato Diesel Wheelsets
I have about 18 or 20 Atlas diesels made by Kato, mostly early Alcos. I acquired them in the early 90s in anticipation of using them one day on a new layout. That day is coming soon.

For some of you 'Arduino-ites'
Ran across this article HERE (Engadget) today and though a couple of you Arduino experts might see some usefulness for this in our hobby.
