Looking for Article in Model Railroad Planning 2008

About a year ago I lost all my Model Railroad Planning books due to a water leak. I am interested in reading Ken Patterson's sectional article from the 2008 issue. Would anyone have same that they could scan and email to me?

Ideas for 12' x 24' TuffShed® build (N-scale): What would you do?

I'm thinking of buying a 12' x 24' TuffShed to house a brand new N-scale layout. Would like to hear from those who've built in similar spaces. The TuffShed uses normal 2" x 4" lumber for wall-studs, and overall, its components are similar to traditional house-building materials (more info here).

TOMA approach for getting from Future layout to Present.

Hi all,

I have almost finished designing my future layout destined for a permanent future house (when the time comes...), that fits the prototype/locale i like.

Access options on a very deep urban scene.

Hi all,

I am working on a concept layout that involves a very deep urban scene at some point and i would very much appreciate some input based on similar experiences in dealing with accessibility to parts of such scenes. Main Text and plans on the next post.

Many thanks in advance for your replies!

Here's the plan for the shed

New to the forum ! And new shelf layout !

Hey guys im new to the forum i model n scale . I just recently started a 17 inch by 5 foot industrial layout more or less . As of now im renting so it is made to be hooked to a actual layout later on . The track layout is based off of a spur in charleston wv . Most is freelanced buildings that i have came up with but a lot are from the area the track design came from .. as of now im still waiting for my track to show up and turnouts which will be a mixture of handlaid code 40 micro engineering track 55 micro engineering and also for the turnouts #6 4 left hand micro engineering .

Newbie-(wait, it gets worse)...with a table top of 4 by 6 to work with, HO gauge...4 x 8 just too long for this room....

I see Bachmann dcc layouts in a 4 by 6 config, so I figure it may be doable, and it looks like I still have at least the 18" and 22" curves to work with? Referrals to the appropriate small layout information sources will be much appreciated!  Greg Wms
