ESU Cube Speakers & Close Coupling
Hi all,
I'm currently installing my first series of LokSound - Select Direct decoders into an Athearn RTR & Atlas Silver Series.
I purchased the decoders with the ESU (50321) Sugar Cube speaker 15mm x 11mm @ 8 Ohms. I've seen the discussion before about close coupling these speakers together and the kit comes with the pieces to achieve it but there isn't documentation or instructions about how to put the pieces together to achieve it.

Louvers for a building wall
I am scratch building a Seed Mill for my CNW RR and need two different size louvers to go into the walls. See below -

MRH - Extra ESU decoder tester for sale: SOLD!
MRH ended up with an extra ESU LokSound decoder tester, so we're offering it for sale. ESU recently redesigned their tester, so this is the latest new tester design.
This is a brand new unopened tester, which ordinarily sells street price for about ~$48 plus shipping.
We'll sell it to the first taker for $40, postage paid.
Something to keep me busy - A diorama
I have recently dismantled my home layout while I was moving to a new city. I have not yet determined how much I can spare for the new layout.
I can still run trains since I remain a club member on my former city, but I fell I need something to improve my modeling skills.
So I decided to build a diorama, a completely non-rail related one, and set in my country/region for a change. I plan to display the diorama at my workplace, so I will model a rural scene (I work for the state agriculture department).
Yard Question
Last night I was building a train on the departure track in my yard and a question popped into my mind I had never thought of before. I set the caboose on the departure track, then got my first cut of cars which had been blocked already according to station order. I set them on the departure track, connected to the caboose, then uncoupled from the train to get the next cut.

Bachmann tender interchangability
I have a Bachmann 2-8-0. I would like to buy a Bachmann 2-6-0 and use the tender for my 2-8-0. I was wondering if anyone can tall me if the electronic plugs between the loco and tender are interchangeable between Bachmann locos. A while back, I got a Light USRA Bachmann 4-8-2 and bought the extended Vanderbilt tender (that originally came with the Heavy C&O Mountain) and it plugged into the light 4-8-2. I was wonder if the same would work with a 2-8-0 loco with the tender from a 2-6-0.
Any advice would be great.

End of the line for Siskiyou Line 1 - more details
As you know if you read my January editorial, I've decided to dismantle my current Siskiyou Line layout and replace it with a new layout, also modeling the Siskiyou Line.
You can read the January 2017 MRH editorial to learn more background as to why.
Decals for Atlas Dow Chemical Plastic Pellet Hopper (20002510)
Hello everyone, I have three Atlas Dow Chemical Plastic Pellet Hoppers with the same road number. I would like to do one of two things. a) renumber two of the cars or b) re-decal two of the cars to have different road names.
I'm just beginning in the hobby, so this will be my first foray into changing the looks of a model. I will also want to do some graffiti and weathering, but that is for a different topic.

GG-1 DECODERS
I have an IHC GG-1. They are DCC friendly with isolated motor mounts. BUT not able to locate a DCC control board for these units.
Not-sound.
Any help would be appreciated.
