There's always something fun to do.
I think one of the things I love about this hobby... especially the way i chose to enjoy this hobby, is that there is always something to do.
Take this month for instance.
This month, I'm getting hit with some unexpected bills... plus my keyboard and mouse need to be replaced... and on top of that, my roommate is $300 short on rent, so I have to make that up 9and it might be a month or two before he can get me back)
So I don't have any money to spend on trains this month.

Hello, I am new here and was wondering what and were I could find some stuff to do a HO scale grain elevator. I would like to make a diorama with tracks and some hoppers to make a HO scale version of the West Liberty Heratige Co-oP in Ohio. I'm just now starting this and would love some tips!
Help with Athearn Genisis 2-8-2 reassembly
I have an atearn genisis USRA light 2-8-2. Recently I had DDC and sound professionally installed. When I got it back, I decided to dissasemble it to lubricate the gears. Stupidly, when I removed the screws holding the boiler weight, I didn't label the screws to replace them correctly. The weight also includes the upper gear box. I have the original instruction sheet from Athearn, but it isn't clear as to what goes where. Test fitting the variousscrews and nuts don't seem to match.
Does anyone have more info on this?
