Richlawn RR V2 - Converting to LED layout lighting
Many of you have been following the various threads here on MRH about using LEDs to light your layout. I've become a believer of using LEDs after seeing Michael Rose's layout and seeing how great they look (to me) in person. ( http://model-railroad-hobbyist.com/node/20664 ).

My First but hopefully not last model RR blog post.
I'm modeling in N-Scale I have 2 layouts on the go. Well technically 1 on the go and one running around in my mind.
The on the go layout is a tribute layout i kind of got talked into . I'm ok with that but for the delay it has put into my REAL layout. I am learning quite a bit though so in some ways it's great practice leaning some new things and trying to remember more than a few items from my distant past building a HO layout.
Visiting Michael Rose's Layout today
Today the Mrs & I visited Michaels home for two reasons: 1.) To have his award winning steak dinner; and 2.) To see his layout progress. Notice the order of the two reasons! After a visit of the layout (sorry, no pictures....I was distracted by thinking about the steaks) we headed to the house for a visit and dinner.
