NMRA Convention Report

We had a fun time at the NMRA convention. We arrived Tuesday and departed Saturday. In between we played a few rounds of golf so we did not get to participate in many  events at the con. It is fun to read the reports here to see what we missed. I posted more info about our trip on my blog at this link.

HO Scale Kato Metra Cars Wanted

I have been searching high and low to find some Metra for my school layout. For those of you following the posts you know we have an engine (and if not now you do). If there is anyone here who can or knows someone who can help please let me know. Oh and if anyone has an unused airbrush that would also be helpful.

Thanks for all your help which I know I find here,

Notch 8 is a hit!

Just finished watching the first episode of Notch 8 on Trainmasters TV. Trevor is an excellent host and the guest Efram is very well spoken and his skill shines through. I look forward to many more episodes of this series.

New layout concept: Crooked River Rails

This blog is about my HO scale model railroad based on the area around the Cuyahoga River in downtown Cleveland, Ohio, circa late 1940's to early 1950's. I chose this era because the Cleveland Union Terminal (known as Terminal Tower today) was at the height of its operation as a union passenger station.
