Looking for plans so I can  build a full size EMD standard cab for my P I Engineering AAR control stand. Cab style would be the GP-35/40/45 standard cab from the 60's era. Also need the interior plans for control stand and seat placement. Have searched the net and so far no success. ----   Ken

I live in a rural area, the nearest hobby shop is a Michaels 30 miles away. I get paint when I go to California to visit family. I have a turntable pit to paint, what acrylic paint would you use for concrete?

So are there any people out there who have a model railroad and have Live Steamers too?

I do.. or at least soon I intend to start making a HO home layout (first permanent, have had a couple small N scale layouts).

If your in this boat, do you model the same thing in both sizes, do you find one suffers because of the other, is there anything you think you should have done different? The list goes on, would love to know other peoples thoughts on the subject..
