Temporary adhesive?

I'm looking for a fairly strong but temporary adhesive (meaning something stronger than Post-It note adhesive) to hold some styrene on some blue foam while I do some work.

It can't be something bulky like Funtack.

Any ideas? Thanks.

Building A Piece Of History Now: Thurmond West Virginia-Backdrops 10/29

I am working on a design for a small scene for demonstrating scenery and track work for out model railroad. It will be small (roughly 1ft. x 1ft. with the front curving) I am looking for design ideas and what an interesting scene would be. Any ideas from those on here?

Thanks for all of your suggestions everyone. Thurmand seemed like a good location and the below area is what we will model. It will include a cantilever signal seen on the right and the three buildings as low relief background structures.

Step Drills on sale

In the most recent episode of Notch 8, Efram Ellenbogen uses a step drill to make a hole for a replacement fan on the top of an SD40-2. To my eye he is using a set of 3 that are Mastercraft brand. These are available from Canadian Tire in Canada. This week Canadian TIre has the set of three step drills on sale for $13.99 (CDN) down from $39.99 (CDN). I have already been to town to get my set. Next up, attacking an SD40-2!

Virtual Model Railroads

Here are some photos of my model Railroadz layouts in Trainz 12. One of them is a small oval while the other is more of a work in progress but NG.

JMRI Decoder Pro Setup Mac?

I am looking for help on how to set up the JMRI Decoder Pro Software for a Mac. It is a MacBook Pro running the most recent operating system. I am using the NCE Powercab system and the USB interface. I am looking for help on how to set this up as I am having trouble. I would check the JMRI Yahoo group but can not access it since my school has is blocked.

Thanks,
