however it looks useful.  I followed his Amazon link, but it's sold out.  Very similar items were offered as alternatives, all in the $60-$70 range.

Publishing Costs

First and foremost, I am not bashing any publisher. Secondly, I am  not griping because of a price point per se. I am however looking for information about how some printed publishing occurs for some peace of mind. I apologize for the wall of text.

Here is another option for the Spiral Tunnels being considered.  This arrangement completely alters a section that has 4 towns/locations as switching options.  The towns have some scenic value but have never been of great interest for switching moves.  Most folks want to run a longer train a longer way around the layout.

A question about sound equipped engines?

I would like to purchase an N gauge Atlas locomotive with sound. We have a small DC layout with a very old MRC power pack. Would there be enough volt-amperes to run the locomotive? I do know that you cant access some of the functions on the engine by only using DC. Also would there be any other problems with running the sound equipped engine with  DC that I am not aware of? Any help would be appreciated!

I conducted a series of experiments recently to determine if I could develop a scenery adhesive that would not require the use of alcohol as a preparatory step to reduce the surface tension of granular materials, while having a minimal number of ingredients. For these experiments, I prepared scenery material samples of three types:
