Sunset NE branding finalised - but not as we expected!
I did place the red laser printed decals on the locos and cabooses but, as I was warned by Bill Brillinger, the grey showed through. So, I took his advice and had him rustle up some white ALPS printed decals to place under a second set of red ones. This should solve the problem.
I am in the process of doing this and have all of the existing red decals overlayed with the new white ones.

My misadventures in building my Fort Worth layout.
Well I figured I'm far enough along now that i should just start my own blog. To start with, I'm a newbie. this will be my first real layout. I had started building a 4' X 8' layout with no real direction or help and soon found myself in way over my head. Then a buddy showed me this site and I've learned a lot. So thanks to all who have helped me, even if you didn't know you were helping.
