I just now (on the 3rd) sent an email to Model Railroader Magazine. This was the default reply:

....the CN holiday train got me thinking, I have become a much more advanced modeler and would like a challenge. So I have thought of the idea to use black light/glow in the dark paint to represent the lights. I am now working on gathering photos of the train (then models and paint). If anyone has clear views of the sides and front of  engine and cars along with road numbers. I hope I can succeed on this project and will keep everyone posted. 

i have a BLI Plymouth switches that randomly is changing direction, I am on DC and it only happens when going backwards is this just me?

If you read the title you may realize not everyone will enjoyed y this but I am one great step,closer in model railroading. I emailed three major manufacturers on the subject of product review samples. I have so far heard back from BLI anf Atlas asking for more information. I was browsing the MRH sponsors and noticed the links were wrong, for example there are two concors but one isn't, also Es laser kits takes you to Traintek. Just though I would let you know (and see if it was just me)

I am looking for ideas that I could use for a small 2'x5' switching layout. I have that much space in my room and am trying to plan as much as possible to pitch the idea to my parents.
