MRH app - videos not working

I tried the new MRH app on my Andoid tablet last night and it does look very smart; but the videos aren't running, I just get a black box. Odd, as YouTube itself runs fine.

Any ideas? TIA

John

Downside of MRH

There is a downside to MRH, at least to me. It is only one. With Joe spending so much time on MRH there have not been many updates to his Siskiyou Line web site. smiley. I miss the updates and photos of that layout. Guess I have to wait another year.

Allagash DVDs online download

Does anyone know why the Allagash Op session downloads don't work on iPad??

i tried downloading it to my iPad, and when I tried to open it, it wouldn't open.   Now I am locked out of the first chapter, due to download attempts, yet when I try the same for the second chapter I get the same thing.

Very frustrating that the email and link you get with your purchase is so vague as to instructions and compatibility.....

Need airbrush advise

I am considering making an investment in a starter airbrush set. I have narrowed my selection down to two starter sets. One set comes with two dual action, gravity feed brushes and one siphon feed brush. The other kit comes with two siphon feed brushes and one gravity feed brush. Unfortunately I know almost nothing about airbrushes, so here are a couple of questions. What is the difference in the airbrushes? Which kit is best for a novice to start with and why? All advise and input is very much appreciated. Thanks.

The Whole mess so far

Few weeks ago I just showed the upper deck layout plan...not much there has changed....but now I have a start on the Main and staging.  Like I said before, It is a modified version of Pldvdk's N&W Pokey Division with his blessing.  Im modeling the GTW, but freelanced....so no coal mines.  The layout plan no where close to finished, but I really liked Paul's concept of the mainline so id like to try and keep it like it is.

Trouble entering comments

I'm not able to enter anything into the comments section of post on my work computer.  It worked fine until last week when the owner's son decided to change the email settings.  He's one of those who likes to change things even when they're working fine.  Anyway, the browser is IE and I can't even get the curser to show up in the comments box, but I can enter text in the subject line.  Since my home computer works fine and the work computer worked up until last week - it must be whatever he did to the email.

Zapping Spam

MESSAGE FOR JOE F

Hi Joe

Due to the vagaries of time zones, down here in New Zealand most of the spam on this site has fortunately been zapped by the time we normally log on.

However, over the last few days I have zapped numerous (about 3 per day) spam posts from user name "Weisheng 330"

Question - is it possible to block these at your end?
