A practical use for Fidget spinners
Hello there
Greenstar is back
i found a very unique way to use fidget spinners on a model railway
I ran into the unique issue while planning out an armoured railcar in HO scale, that I need the three turrets to be able to rotate, and I realized that the ball barrings on Fidget spinners could work to allow the turrets to rotate
i will post photos when I get to the construction phase as well
Railroad Magazine Index
After Kalmbach Publishing's Train Magazine Index went permanently offline a few weeks back, we started this little project on the side. It's now to a state where we wanted to open it up to a wider audience for some real "stress testing":
Train Stuff
How many locomotives is enough?
I'm thinking one for every foot of track and every piece of rolling stock.

Varney’s peculiar “L’il Raskal”
Yesterday, I briefly paid visit to an antique store I hadn’t dropped by in quite some time. The prices there can be anywhere from brilliant to horrendous. Generally, if you want to get something for a reasonable price, look for stuff without a price tag on it. Anyhow, while exploring, I came across a little pile of HO trains sitting on a shelf- and since there wasn’t much I’d seen so far, I figured I’d just as well look at them.
roundhouse floor
I need help with kitbashing an ho scale roundhouse floor. I plan on using track with the ties. What would be the best sizes of styrene to build the floor even with the rails.

Relco MOW in HO scale - part 2
In January of this year, I came across an article Running Extra where this train was modeled in N scale using 3D printing. In the article, the author gave the name of the person and the fact that you could purchase these models on Etsy. As I do a lot of 3D printing, I contacted this individual to see if he could provide an HO scale version and if that wasn’t possible, drawings of the cars. It ended up that he could do neither but told me that most of the information came from pictures and videos he got online.
Loooow budget thin foil details for a Box Car
Hi! Few days back I was working on an auto parts Box Car trying to improve the interior. As many of the box car on the market, this atlas comes with no detail at all on interior walls or doors, so; geting inspired with one work I saw here (crushed cars) I've decided to make this interior details with thin foil. I hope this could be useful for all of you.

Advice on adhesive for 0.30 styrene backdrop to wood.....
Went back thru at least 10 pages of index pages, couldn't find a matching topic line. So excuse if I messed up and missed it it. Three months of Covid last summer still has my typing and reading abilities go all over the scale!
