A mountain for Masonville
Seeing as my son's bedroom layout is more fully functioning than mine, I figured it's time to test out/brush up my scenery skills. One of his frequent requests has been for a tunnel. I had acquired some 2" foam boards and Woodland Scenics foam tack glue for a now defunct 4x8, as well as some Chooch tunnel portals that were on clearance when the original Caboose Hobbies was closing out their inventory.
Replacement Wheels for Tichy Arch Bar and Bettendorf
I'm looking for replacement metal wheels for Tichy and trucks in bulk packs.
Can anyone recommend a brand, size, ect that is available in bulk?

Helicopter flying over my layout
I'd like to get one of these to fly over my layout in any scale.
I can envision it swooping low over the tracks,
turning around,

Life isn't always what we want it to be, that is a fact world wide.
Cultures are often grouped into regional challenges, by outsiders trying to figure out what is going on.
But I would like to point out, that no matter what you have been told, People are not inherently evil. They are not unlike you. Sometimes, they are just like you. Trying to just get by.
ATSF 2nd District: The Cucamonga - Pasadena - East LA RR (TOMA)
Hi all,
Following good advice and lots of research i ended up with a draft version of the trackplan for the layout for my current space. As previously discussed in a TOMA related thread of mine (where i got considerable help), the idea is that i rework things on my current space by building TOMA modules originating from the desing of my future permanent layout in a next/future house. So thanks to the TOMA ideas and inspiration, i will be able to start working on my future layout now (or relatively soon :) ).
Painting Peco Turnouts
Hi,
I'm hoping to paint some track soon. I use Peco Insulfgrogs. I read a lot about being careful to keep paint out of places where it doesn't belong but haven't been able to find out exactly what to cover. The best I could find out was this video. Does his method look correct? Just cover the places where the metal touches metal?
As always thanks!
