Taking it on the road, again

Decoder collection
During my transition from DC to DCC I have started a collection of mobile decoders. There was no actual plan for this, it sort of took on a life of its own as I tried decoders that failed to deliver the performance I'd hoped for so I put them aside.
I've definitely learned the CV programming now, and can get great performance out of certain decoders but not others in a given locomotive; so I don't think it's down to operator error.

Torpedo Bottle Car Unloading?
Can someone show me an image of the unloading of a torpedo bottle car at an electric arc furnace?
I've looked at MANY images and not found one. I inquired on the steel mill forums and was told that those bottle cars rotated over to unload their contents, but I have found it difficult to find images.
Did Walthers suppose that those bottle cars could be utilized with their electric arc furnace model?
bushes anyone?
I saw this pic in a forum.
I like the dark green one, but want to make others.
Do you guys think that it is sisal fibers with noch dark green leaves?

O Scale, 2 rail, Steel Mill Build
O scale, 2 rail guys don't get as much recognition on this forum as HO scale.
And O-scale doesn't have aproduction kit for a steel mill that I know of?
I was searching for a related steel subject, and ran across this construction sequence. This fellow does a pretty nice job.

Pine tree bark advice
I am on a facebook group and this guy really models some nice trees. While I am eating on his reply, I was hoping someone else knew how to do this. I can't figure out how he gets his bark on the pine trees?
Acrylic over enamel? I can't tell if it is paint or texture. I wan't to know because my 2-4mm static grass is dropping in the post on Friday and I want to experiment this weekend.
Cheers!
