Prototype Railroading
Shoving against Caboose(Cabin Car) with Helpers upgrade.
I have heard stories of rear end crews being hurt by this practice. Does anyone have definitive rule book pages?

If this link was posted already..I apologize.
pldvdk posted a topic/question about team tracks. I had an issue with my planning and have been very keen to focus on team track stuff. So I did a google search with pictures.
Found a bunch of stuff of course but one photo just jumped off the screen at me. Great prototype scenes and more ideas to model from alot of different road names.
He has outstanding photos on railpictures.net and here:
Cartopper
Interesting idea. Static scene on one track? Or maybe a gon that has this fixed that can be shoved around?
Old Films
Have seen afew of these on this forum. Was thinking of a dedicated Fallen Flags idea...from the prototypes themselves. Post old prototype specific films/video.

Coal Car Dumping Structures
There is a very interesting subject thread going on over on this other forum concerning automated dumping of coal cars.

There has been a good number of prototypical examples cited, as well as a number of submissions about modeling such structures
Grade Crossing upgrade - Prefab Crossing mats
From a few years back- NJT grade crossing upgrade- One photo shows the crossing excavated and prepared for the crossing mats... the other is a stack of mats delivered nearby, waiting for installation.

Modern MOW equipment
The Cn (IC) mainline between Chicago and New Orleans is 100 yards outside my front door. This morning I'm sitting at my PC in my home office when I heard a very quiet train pass. It wasn't time for the Amtrak so I looked out the window and and saw an old yellow bay window caboose with most of the windows plated over go slowly past. I got in my truck and drove south to a crossing outside of town and waited for the slow moving train.

(The lens I had wouldn't allow the picture to be taken any closer)
Not sure if anyone else has posted something like the above picture. It was taken in a rural area with some big industries that have large private rail yards. The industries are chemical and farm related the partial building in the picture is a PROCOR maintenance facility.
The Camden & Amboy Railroad (C&A) - New Jersey
I'd kind of like to think of this as a "What if?" type of post. For those that have read my post,
