Progress on the Marshline sub has been slow as of late. Its been difficult getting the ceiling painted and its really chewing into my limited hobby time. My latest video shows my progress and also talks about getting started on my model railroad. I’d love to hear what you think of the progress so far! Let me know what you think!

Smyrna Spur - Power
This weekend, when my parents came out from Kansas for a visit, my dad and I headed on down to the basement to take on the task of wiring - a task that was proving to be a bit too daunting for me to start solo. When we started on Friday afternoon, I hadn't run a single wire or soldered a single feeder, but on Saturday evening after dinner, I ran my first "mini ops session".

The Pere Marquette & Chesapeake
Last February 2018 I was sorting through some boxes and cleaning up the storage room after buying some great shelf units on Amazon. Inside one of those boxes was a Rivarossi N&W 2-8-8-2 Y6b that I had purchased with lawn care money saved up for an entire season when I was 11 years old, 1965.
