Update -Finished VIA Rail Dome and Sleeper
Finished the VIA Rail Coaches. Nice additions to the Trenton Subdivision in N Scale.
Just out of the shops after a maintenance period and ready to be added into the next “Canadian” traveling across the country.
Shouda done this the first time
Having purchased the full version of Atlas Track Planning, I discovered to my surprise, that you can print out your track plan full size. Long as your bench work dimensions are accurate, you will get a very accurate track plan. And so I did. And so it is.
Cascade Sub Fascia - Part 2: Westfir to Oakridge Completed
In a previous installment a few weeks ago I discussed initial installment of the fascia in Westfir and part of Oakridge, some of the first scenes visitors to my railroad see. Since, I have completed these sections, and want to give an overview of the process I will use for the rest of my fascia work on the railroad.
CNW Marshline - Benchwork construction has started!

We've started construction on the CNW Marshline model railroad! I've gotten some of the L-Girders up and the base of the helix built. I've created a video that shows my progress. As always, comments and feedback encouraged!

And then there was a lot more light....
It's ugly... but with 28,000 Lumens of light in a one car garage, I'll take it.
I just added 4 of those LED shop lights they have been selling at Costco:
So that's 4 shop lights (16K), and 12 1K LED bulbs....
I might have enough light for photography now....
2019 Update for the J&M
December was a tear it down month. At least a partial teardown. January will be a build it back up month.
