Dual Filament Bulb Question
I have a Proto 2000 E8/E9 locomotive. I would like to install an Econami 200 decoder. My question is: The loco has a twin filament headlight. Can I use this with the Economi and if ‘yes’ what is the hookup and if ‘no’ should I replace the bulb with a single filament bulb or an LED. Thanks in advance.

Possible Rapido RDC Paint Scheme Cancellations?
I normally don’t read the Atlas Rescue Forum, but I came across this message posted by Jason at Rapido on the 16th of this month regarding the potential cancellation of a number of paint schemes on their upcoming RDCs. I don’t know why he didn’t post it here, maybe it has something to do with the fact Rapido is an active advertiser on MRH. That being said, here is his message:
“Hi guys,
Outdoor Railroad Magazine Feb/Mar 1994 Do you have a copy?
Does anyone have a copy of Outdoor Railroad Magazine Feb/Mar 1994?
I need a copy of one page from this issue.
Thanks
1954 railroad film noir: "Human Desire" has much prototype action
Glenn Ford is an engineer, Broderick Crawford an assistant yardmaster with anger management problems in the film now showing on the GetTV network. Hot babes, 1954 style. Murder and adultery ensue.
Great prototype scenes of railroad activity filmed on the Rock Island in El Reno, OK. Want to see a PA turn on a turntable? It's here. Yard office scenes, rip tracks, arrivals and departures. Maintenance. Close ups of trucks, car interiors.

Unfinished projects
I'm hoping I'm not alone. I can't seem to finish a project. I have 2 major projects on the go that are just sitting collecting dust. I keep putting them aside for one reason or another and can't seem to get back into them. One is a salvage/scrap dealer that has several small structures and the other is a locomotive detail project that is ready for paint. Right now all I seem to want to do is DCC and electronics projects instead of modeling.
Wondering if others suffer from project stagnation? I am very envious of those who post their completed projects.

Tsunami decoder vs. QSI Titan
Good evening! I have a question about sound decoders. I have 3 Atlas C420's, two of them with QSI Titan and one that has a Tsunami replacement for the QSI. The C420 with the Tsunami is one smooth runner. It's excellent!!!! The two with the QSI Titan lurch quite a bit while running a slow speeds and also slow down quite a bit in a couple of curves. Is this due to the motor control of a QSI decoder vs. the Tsunami?
Optivisors
Hello, I'm considering buying an Optivisor for all that close up detailing work. I know that I can get various separate lenses for it, to increase it's magnification, but would like to kno what the best 'average' magnification is, would that be the version with 2x magnification?
In other words, which magnification do you find yourself using most of the time?
Many thanks, Koos

Superb CGW layout
Here’s a new video of a recent operating session on Jason Klocke’s Chicago Great Western layout.
Superb proto layout and great scenery. Hope you like it.
1st drawing, paint booth design
I am expecting my blower fan to get here soon so I figured I would draw up some plans. I used Xtrackcad to draw it because I have no idea how to draw without it. Works pretty well.
