Possible Ground Loop?

Could you experts take a look at these drawings to see if we created a ground loop? I read that is a no no so want to make sure the issue does not exist. We have occasional loss of control and consist issues, but it is rare.

Bachmann gp 35 engine truck problems

I bought 2 Bachmann GP 35 engines, One runs fine the other one jumps the track. The gage looks to be out a little. Does any one know how to take it apart to get to the truck wheels.I only bought them for the WM .This will be the last.
