Heat exchanger - a drawing
Dear friends
I am working on a rather big Cold Storage inspired by the model on the encolosed image. I am now looking at building the "heat exchanger" seen on the roof (not sure if the it the correct word for the device though).
I am interested in a drawing, sketch or detailed image of such a unit.
Can you help me?

Pop's General store build (scratch)
Here is the latest build I completed. I recently built this with a group of friends who all bought the KC's Workshop Pop's General Store kit...they model HO. I model N. KC's workshop doesn't make the kit in that scale. Since I still wanted to build I scratch built the structure. Another modeler kindly provided the the height and width of the front and a side wall. I used gimp from there to lay the thing out. I then fed that into my cricut cutter and let it cut the kit.

Cornerstone Walthers Bungalow 933-3787 missing porch roof
Was putting together the new Walthers bungalow kit (933-3787) and couldn’t locate the small roof that goes over the porch (part 28). I email Walthers and they responded the manufacturer left the part out of all these kits and they’d send me a replacement as soon as they received them. They didn’t have a timeframe as when the parts would arrived. So if you’ve purchased this building and not opened it yet recommend you contact Walthers customer service to make sure you get the missing roof.
Snyder Diesel Fuel Crane
What would the earliest era be that the Snyder Diesel Fuel Cranes would be appropriate for? I did my best to search the internet but came up empty handed...

primer for wood structure kits
Bar Mills recommends spraying wood kits with Walmart Gray primer. It seemed to work quite well, fine pigments and inexpensive. BUT, Walmart has stopped carrying the gray primer or any inexpensive spray paints other than black or white.
Anyone have suggestion for alternative that is not expensive?
thanks

Question about Walthers N scale diesel house (933-3266)
When adding code 80 rails to the floor piece of Walthers 933-3266 engine house, did you glue the rails to the base? If not, what did you do?
GatorFoam -vs- Foam Board for Backdrop Building Faces
I have an area that is roughly 9ft long and 24" deep, where I am simulating trackwork for an HO scale [selectively-compressed] automobile assembly plant. In order to accommodate the types of operations I wanted, I had to use basically all of the shelf surface area for trackage - leaving only an inch between the wall and the closest rail of the innermost track. So my only option is to represent the outside of a five-story tall factory building that runs the entire length of the wall (backdrop), to avoid betraying the fact that it has no depth. &nb
A funny thing happened on the way to the forum. (Photo handling)
First, this is about an interesting thing that happened to a photo that garnered a lot of positive comments……..this is not about any kind of problem but an unexpected and pretty cool unintended effect.
White River Junction coaling tower etc. finished - thanks for your help
When I was making a coaling tower I posted the best photo that I had of the tower and asked for ideas.
Merging 3D bluffs with Photo Backdrop?
The Mississippi River bluffs surrounding Dubuque, Iowa, rise and recede simultaneously. I'm hoping to fashion narrow benchwork, so, is it possible to model 40ft-50ft of bluff height and use a photo backdrop to show the rest of the bluff height?
The question, I think, is can the two - modeled scenery and photo backdrop scenery - be merged to look seamless? Color matching will be key, but other issues, such as a flat backdrop with 3D scenery in front impossible to look good?
Thanks much,
