Update on crossing Lighthouse and Bridge
Found a little time to work on my Lighthouse/Bridge combo.
Took out the old archway bridge and positioned the newly bashed base for the bridge and layout.
The truss bridge will need to be re-worked to move it back to the position shown below. Lots of work left on this model but I'm happy with how it is progressing.

Heki Trees
Can anyone tell me if they know what is happening to the supply of Heki Trees. I have tried most Hobby Shops Online, and every one has back orders on the small pines 100 pack. Is there other commercial pines of good quality out there that are as reasonably priced?
Backdrops from your picture
Going around the net found this page where they offer to print a backdrop from your pictures:

Have not tried them, just passing along if somebody is interested.
Mixing Hyrocal & Molding Plaster?
Has anyone mixed Hydrocal & Molding Plaster? (together, as a batch, not using pieces made of each on a layout). I'm wondering if it would give more open time than Hyrocal by itself, and take acrylics better like Molding Paster. If so what was better/worse than using Hydrolcal "straight"?
FREE farm building plans
I came across the following site:
http://www.public.iastate.edu/~mwps_dis/mwps_web/frame_p.htm
where you can legally download a variety of plans, intended for farms ( but who is going to prevent relabeling or repurpousing) in PDF form.

Cutting DPM Kit walls
Hi all-
I'm kitbashing the DPM C. Smith Packing House (kit 203) to form a portion of my engine house and I need to make an opening large enough for an engine to get in and out of it. What I'm struggling with is how to cut the opening.
The walls of the DPM kit are much thicker than the typical plastic kit so I can't score/snap. I was thinking about scoring the back and then cutting it with a razor saw but I'm concerned that I won't be able to get a clean, straight cut. Any suggestions would be welcomed.
Thanks!
The Ion Generator for the static grass applicator
I'm working on building a static grassinator.
This Look ok?....
This Look ok?... I made these as ground cover for my hillside on my layout and was wonder if they looked ok, I like them, but....I'm still very new at this and don't have the experience you guys have.
Thanks so much for your feedback.
