Scratchbuilt HO Paper Mill in Progress . . .

Seeing Caboose 14's outstanding looking paper mill, I thought I'd sneak in with an HO pulp mill I've been scratchbuilding.  I currently don't have room for a layout, but am building the mill, piece by piece, and storing the individual projects until I can finally bring them together in one module.  I originally named the mill for the fictitious Johns Bay Paper Corp., but after seeing another model that was artfully decorated with realistic Georgia Pacific signs, I decided PBP was going to be bought out by Crown Zellerbach (if for no other reason than because I l

Homage to the Overland Route

Easy Model Railroad Inventory How: Operations #1

I have had some requests to include a how to about the operations functions of Easy Model Railroad Inventory. The title is Easy Model Railroad Inventory. Some of you, I have noticed, like to refer to it as EMRI, which I actually find flattering, though I have not gotten used to it yet.

Just the Facts, Maam ...

A gentle reminder...

There has been a discussion of a certain online-vendor where the vendor appears to have engaged in inappropriate business practices.

What are appropriate comments for such a discussion?

To borrow a line from Sgt. Joe Friday from the Dragnet TV show of the '50s and '60s, "Just the FACTS, maam"...

If you're the initial poster, then posting
