This forum is for discussion about the MRH Website (read the title), Why does everyone post about engines, scenery, benchwork and everything but something about the website instead of going to the proper forum?

Has anyone else noticed that sometimes the Enter key does and sometimes it doesn't produce a newline (in the RT editor; works fine in plain text mode)? Or am I just missing something blindingly obvious to the meanest of minds? David
What are all those buttons for on the post menu?
Is there a section of this website that describes how to use all the tools available to someone posting a message? I found out how to post pictures by just messing around but there are a number of features that are supported I have no clue how to use. A detailed "How to post to the MRH website" topic, written, illustrated and kept current by the site owners/support team(?) would be much appreciated.
Should it be the case I simply overlooked something, my apologies (and a request that you point me in the right direction).
Question on the File Browser
Over the while that I have been a member of the MRH forum, I have uploaded some 70+ photos, and never thought to use any sort of intelligent naming convention for these files. It’s a bit of a jumble now.
Can I add sub-folders? (I couldn’t see a way to do so).
I understand that if I delete a photo here, it will also disappear in the posting(s) which used that photo. This may also mean that moving a photo to a folder would break the link as well.
Disappearing Pictures?
I've noticed a few pictures have 'disappeared' from a couple of my recent Blogs.
They posted OK originally and if I go into the Edit tab they are still there. But if I preview or view they are gone.
No big deal, but I'm curious - anyone else experienced this issue ?

Is it ok to include suppliers info in Blog posts?
I have a list of suppliers, with links, to specific suppliers parts I used in a project I am blogging. Is it ok to list the items and source links.
The list I have has the part numbers I used and clicking on the part number brings one right to the item in the suppliers site, without searching.
Is this allowed?

Posting Images Suggestion

Suggestion for helping Newbies to post images and videos in these forums.
Some forum posters and all Newbies aren't aware of the help topics MRH has for posting images etc in these forums.
Would it be possible to insert links in the "Post New Comment" box to the MRH Help topics that posters could click on to find out how to post images etc into their posts?
Why Participate on MRH Forum?
I read this post by Kevin on another MRH thread. It saddened me. Made me think "why participate more than the occasional reply to a thread?"
...I don't post anything that I do here anymore, and I won't likely be doing that,...
