MRH Magazine general discussion

MRH app
I recently loaded the MRH App onto my Samsung Tablet.
I wanted to be able to take MRH to my train room for reference when I worked on my layout.
My computer is in another room.
I then noticed that the app only let me go back to the September 2014 issue.
Is there any plans to update the app to include ALL the issues?
Marking a Topic
Is there an easy way to mark a topic that I want to look at again in the future?

An open letter to MRH forum members
This is an open letter to the MRH website regular contributors.
I'm making this an open letter because I want to get feedback from all of you.
First, let me thank all of you for your participation on the MRH website forums and blogs. Without you, this site would be pretty boring. Please keep in mind during the rest of this open letter how very grateful we are for all the wonderful posts and threads you all help create.
Now to the reason for this open letter: is it possible to over-participate and over-post?

Checking in
Checking in from Belleview Florida. This is my first chance to get online, still no power. Unable to do any modeling, but by plugging in my laptap to the generator I was able to watch Mike Confalone videos. Life is slowly starting to return to normal even though Duke says they wont have our power on til Sunday.

Multiple Car Spots On A Team Track
I am planning on having team tracks on my proposed N scale switching layout. Lance Mindheim talks a lot about having more car spots on a layout versus more turnouts. I have a question for everyone. Is it still prototypically accurate to have multiple car spots(representing different industries/businesses) on one team track here in the 21st Century? Does the Class I railroads still do this today(UP, BNSF, KCS, NS, CSX, CP, CN)?

Making Masters and Resin Detail Casting How To.
HI everyone,
I have been pondering for a while about resin detail casting and if there is any interest in sharing this with fellow members and readers.
After building a few highly detailed craftsman kits and spending lots of money on additional details i went on a journey of sculpting and making my own masters to reproduce details like junk piles, old boilers, work benches, crates, and many other details.
I am curious if members would be interested in a how to on this type of stuff. It really isn't that difficult and can be enjoyable.

MRH Wanted: Denver modeler to help with NG Convention
Any Denver area modelers out there who could help MRH with the Denver Narrrow Gauge Convention the end of the month?
We don't need much, just some transportation to / from the airport and someone who would like to provide wheels during the layout tours. We would like to avoid renting a car.
We'll pay your registration to the NG Convention in return for the assist. We'll also throw in an official MRH golf shirt. Plus, we'd appreciate the company on the layout tours!

Dazed and Confused
I have a story and a question to ask. I am using the first entry as a header because the next response is a wall of text and on the odd chance this goes beyond 1 page, I would suffer no one to have to scroll down .
MRH July Issue - Problem - Fixed!
Page 41 in the Landscape issue does not have a forward button nor a link to the Table of Contents. Both pages have "Back" buttons.
