MRH Magazine general discussion
Thrown Out at End
Has anyone else taken the MRH survey for 2018 in the March issue?
I spent a long time providing really sensible asnwers, finished it. and then the page closed with a message,
no sueveys availiable and notify Joe F. Anyone else care to chime in here, or am I wasting my time?

General Cordless Precision Screwdriver Chuck for Drilling Needed
I am looking for a mini/micro chuck that will fit in a General Cordless Precision Screwdriver to make a cordless very slow speed drill for working with resin and plastic kits and kitbashes. I found the screwdriver at a decent price but attempts at finding a workable chuck for 60-80 drills have been thusfar fruitless. I found a Gyros 45-0181 Mini Adapter Chuck but it has a 1/8 inch shank and have not yet found an adapter to make it work with the fixed 3/8 inch hexagonal screw driver "chuck" of the screwdriver.

More about this in the next post.

Index for TrainMasters TV?
Is there a index for Train Masters TV? Perhaps with tags? (tags are useful)
The magazine index is wonderful, thank you for it. I just did not find one for TMTV
The search works, but it is difficult to find what I want if I do not know the words. If I could browse a listing, I might find the thing I am seeaking.
BLI F3 announcement on page 272
The text states that the EMD F3's will have battery opperated interior lighting. This seems odd for a motorized DCC equipped diesel. Is it a typo, or am I missing something?

Looking back in time.
Hello all. New here. And I love this e-magazine. Thank you for a wonderful product.
Best idea for our hobby since sliced bread.
Not to bore you...backstory is I had a rare day off to just sit and be. I just had nothing to do...what did I do?
I went back to the first postings of this forum...page 870 something...and started to read. As of this post, I made it to page 720.
Never ceases to amaze me the ideas/talent/products/videos/photos/support of our hobby community.

Railroads With College/University Colors On Their Locomotives(Past Or Present)
Folks, I am doing an ambitious project since I love college football and railroads. There are several railroad companies that had or have their locomotives painted in the colors representing a college or university(with or without school logos). Here are some examples:
*Boise Valley Railroad(Boise State University Broncos)- blue and orange.
*Iowa Interstate Railroad(University of Iowa Hawkeyes and Iowa State University Cyclones)- black, yellow, and red.
*Monon Railroad(Indiana University Hoosiers and Purdue University Boilermakers)- red and white; black and old gold.
