Tru-color paint

I am planning on air brushing a grain elevator using Tru-color paint. The problem is that I feel like the sheen is glossier than I desire. I have a jar of Tru-color flat coat; can I add a small quantity of this to the basic paint to reduce the sheen, or do I need to air brush the model afterwards with the flat coat?

Hello To all, i need some Help identifying a Locomotive  i have i bought this at a antique store 

and there was no box, it seems to be a GP 30 ish design 

Heavy Brass chasis , metal motor mounts ...nice model

Changes to the Shippensburg Classification Yard...

Over the past week I have been working on the changes to the Shippensburg Classification Yard.  After our last ops session it was clear that in order for the staging deck to work properly I needed to make the classification yard a little bigger, and more flexible.
