New waybills inspired by Tony Thompson's article last month
Tony Thompson's article last month on creating more realistic waybills got me inspired to deal with my old waybill situation. I was having some issues with the ebb and flow of traffic on my railway and needed to create some new bills an probably remove others to adjust the traffic flow. I was not looking forward to this, but Tony's article got my juices flowing and I decided that If I'm going to mess with the waybills I might as well make mine more realistic as well.

Bachmann HO 44tonner PCB (DCC)
Hey guys,
I have this new little creature, after having three DC duds..those axle gears splitting on the lot even the replacement trucks. (I'm looking at buying a 3D printer and hope to make my own,but that's another story)
The new loco finally got going and runs fine, BUT I have thought about replacing the factory decoder with a spare DZ125. I can see the points on the PCB to attach the wires onto, but I thought, why not just buzz off the entire PCB and wire it directly?
Printing articles
I seem to be unable to conquer the necessary skills to either print articles which say "Click here to print the article" or to open any of the videos.
I have downloaded a particular magazine and I am still unable to print or play the video from the downloaded article.
I viewed this magazine when it first appeared and had the same problems so I just stopped reading it.

UPCOMING LOCOMOTIVES to the JL&T Roster...
Well today I got word that one of my new locomotives was progressing nicely and nearly 90% complete.
The locomotive is a Kato RDG GP35 it is rare (I haven't been able to find any) and I actually thought I wasn't going to be able to get one of these for the JL&T Roster.
MRH challenge - a few small trees
If you look at a stand of evergreens at the edge of a cutblock, you see a lot of grey(ish) more or less bare trunks, and some branches and foliage at the top. If the clear area was logged off a while ago there'll be all sorts of small bushes and deciduous trees growing up. I decided to see if I could reproduce this effect at a distance with a minimum of detailed tree construction. Here's the result of a couple of evenings work. Each "tree"&nbs
Bowser puts out a call for help

Drawings of these locomotives are being prepared to send to the mold maker.
Anyone who can help is requested to contact Lee English at bowser@bowser-trains.com or call 570-368-2379.

Need help with Bachmann DCC locos
Hi, I have two Bachmann DCC locos, a GP 35 and a GP 40. They both have the RP25 wheelsets. Due to space limits my layout has a section of 15" radius curves that go up a incline. These two locos do not seem to like going around that tight of a curve and almost always derail. I "think" at least part of the problem is that the RP25 wheelsets have a smaller flange that the older locos used to have, and the smaller flange causes the wheels to ride up and over the rail.
Need help with EMD GP18 body shells
Hi, have a couple of AHM EMD GP18 locos that I would like to swap out bodies. Have looked through Atlas, Walters, etc for what I am looking for to no avail. What I want to get is a Rio Grande for one of the locos and a Vermont Railway body for the other. If anyone has one they want to sell or know a website for me to go to, please email me at rlandr0718@att.net. Appreciate any assistance.
