Help with QSI Q1a decoders

Hello fellow model railroaders.

I am an American H0 model railroader living in Denmark, and I am a daily reader off Model Railroad Hobbyist Magazine. Normally I am quite good in DCC and programming decoders, but now I have a huge problem, that I cant solve my self. I own several Walthers Proto 2000 series EMD Santa Fe F3A units, equipped with the QSI Quantum Q1a sound decoders, software version 176-2v7-37-20 and no problems here.

Weathered BN GP20 High Hood

This is one of my BN GP20s running on the Tacoma Northwestern Model RR Club's modular layout.  The model is a HO scale P2k that I weathered with an airbrush, Bragdon powders, and weathering pens.  Enjoy!HO Burlington Northern GP20 #2017

some new train sheds and photoshop fun

I recently started replacing the train sheds at LAUPT with the more recent Walther's kits.  Got to playing around in photoshop afterwards:

I really love LA film noir, so I may try a few more of this style perhaps under more controlled lighting next time.

Pre 2000 P40 Lighting Questions

Hey gentlemen, I'm detailing an old Athearn Blue Box P40 in hopes of eventually adding DCC and sound. Just purchased some LEDs the other day, and I want to ask some questions before I start taking everything apart.

Making YouTube Videos of your layout

Last year prior to a Mid-East Region convention, those of us who were having Op Sessions gave a clinic on operating on our layouts, primarily for the guys who would be coming and had never seen it before.  I did a PowerPoint presentation, and the new crew thought it was very helpful in familiarizing themselves with the layout.
