The Plan
Thanks for the feedback and encouragement. I've been lurking here for a few years and one thing I've noticed is that MRH is not like the other forums in terms of attitude. There's one forum in particular which I won't name...let's just say it caters to my scale...that I haven't been to in a couple of years because I grew tired of the crap. But I digress...
Here is a satellite shot of Tag Environmental:
Painting your groundcover and static grasses
Well most of you might think painting groundcover thats odd..I do it mostly to blend all colors together and get an overall equal color on the layout, no matter what your initial groundcover color is. Can be rocks, grinded kitty litter or whatever.. Basecoat with RAL7013, dabbed on, followed with RAL7006 a bit Frary way of wet drybrush, a coat with a brownish RAL 8025 followed with 1019 to blend it all together..
Barrie Collingwood Railway in N-Scale. Sort of.
While living in Barrie, Ontario about ten years ago, I noticed several covered hoppers spotted on a siding at a facility which I hadn’t previously paid much attention to. I had figured that the trackage in and around Barrie was completely unused since being abandoned by CN in 1996 so I was quite surprised to see evidence of railroad activity. I went right to the Google and found scattered information and photographs of what I found out was a municipally owned shortline called the Barrie Collingwood Railway.

how do you secure Kato track
My club is building an N scale T-Trak modular layout. The Rhode Island & Old Colony RR. I have two modules (boxes) built; BUT, how can I secure the track to the 1/4 inch birch plywood? The plywood is too hard for nails. The only thing I can think of that might work is super glue.
How car card and waybill work part 2
This video goes into more detail about my Car Card & Waybill System. Car forwarding systems are a great way to add operational interest into a model railroad and give it a sense of realism and prototypical purpose.

h.o. layout HELP
I am new to the H.O. Train track layouts. I have a 4x8 table and a 4x6 table with a 2x2 section at the head attaching the two. I have ez track and also atlas regular track. I need advice or info to make a decent layout. I have the EZ track as I am 75 and my sight is not as good putting the Atlas track together. I would like to make 3 areas such as a Farm area, Town area and a Industrial area. Also a Mountain Tunnel and an elevated area. Any help would be Appreciated.

CP Rail GP9u
Here are some pictures of my almost completed CP Rail GP9u locomotives. These are Kaslo kits with Proto 2000 frames. I have added Miniature by Eric bells, horns, and MU stands. 8218 has Kaslo pilots and both units have A-line windshield wipers. I drilled the fans out of both units and added Canon and Co fans. The paint is Model Master and True Line Trains with Micro Scale decals. 8218 still needs LED's and sound installed.
