Lehigh Cement Company: The centerpiece is coming into place.

Lehigh Cement is the primary reason for the continued existence of the Maryland Midland Railroad. In fact, the cement company owns a significant portion of the railroad and has always been the largest shipper along this line since the Western Maryland days.  It was always planned to be the centerpiece of my layout.  I wanted to have it as a switching area so I could go switch it without running the rest of the layout.

Swap Meet "Kitbash" Exterior and starting interior

Right now I'm figuring out problems and figuring out details.

Walthers/Kibri buildings

I have purchased a few of the snap together Cornerstone kits. I am wanting to paint them more realistic colors. Has anyone had luck separating the "glass" from the doors and windows

Rock Carving

Hey guys! I was carving rocks on my layout and have pile plaster debris which I will use as rock talus. My question is, how to paint it? Shall I glue all the debris to the surface and paint it after, or shall I paint it in some container before using? What is your experience? The rocks are already painted.

Thank you,

Jure

Ho scale figures of swimmers

I am trying to find ho scale swimming figures for my river scene. I have tried Walthers but have been unable to fine the figures that are in the attached river scene photo. I am particularly interested with the person on the float. Any information would be appreciated.
