D&RGW HOn3 boxcar #3187

Hi all!
I've just about finished a build of a D&RGW 3000 series boxcar in HOn3.
I had the kit in my stash, an old Tomalco wood kit.

HO Scale Made In Yugoslavia Engine Inland Pacific

I recently came into possession of this engine but have no idea what it is.  I know there were a couple different brands made in Yugoslavia, but I don't know what this one is.  thanks for the help

Broadway Limited Quality ?

I am planning a new layout using BLI steam locomotives.  I was searching EBAY last night looking for availability of  an LI 2-8-2.  There was one review, and some guy really took BLI to the woodshed on a decline on quality, specifically mentioning a LI that was replaced by BLI with another defective unit.

Broadway Limited or MTH Pennsy H10?

I am building my fleet of Pennsy power for a branch line layout.  Can anyone give advice on the advantages/disadvantages of the MTH and Broadway Limited versions.  Currently the MTH looks more available, but I am not sure of what decoder they are using.  Both look great, and both are expensive.

Question (railfan) concerning CN ET44AC road numbers (N scale)

I'm interested in the new ET44AC engines being released in the CN livery in N scale.  Although I am a  free lancer I like to keep somewhat to prototype.  My question is this, six numbers are going to be released - 3000, 3019, 3045, 3062, 3068, and 3104.  Have any of these numbered engines come out west through BC to Vancouver?

Metal Casting

I need to Model a goodly number of flat cars for our logging line,  spicificly those used at Cass West Virginia.

these where wood cars.  The had basically 4 large wood beams running the whole length of the car with cross members and used trussrods.  On top of this was the standard wood flatcar deck.

O scale, 2-rail, Adams & Son model foundry

Does anyone know anything about some very early O-scale model trains produced by Adams &Son Model Foundry?

A couple of days ago a gentleman showed up at my door asking if I knew anything about the 3 E7 units he had found. They are big heavy locos, and not badly detailed for 1948-50 units. I've only found a few things on the internet.

Revisting duplicating a missing part.

I do not know what these parts are called that are hanging between the drivers. Looks like a brake of some sort.

I'm missing one on my loco and was wondering if there is a place I could send one to have it duplicated. Perhaps it could be done with a 3D laser printer?

O Scale MTH Diesel Loco battery conversion question

Hey everyone I was thinking about doing an outdoor O scale layout and run it off battery power only.  So I bought a new MTH Diesel loco (SD60 to be exact) with the Proto 3.0 sound.  It is a gorgeous loco but what I thought was going to be a pretty easy conversion has me questioning a few things.  Has anyone done this conversion on a similar type loco with the Proto 3.0 sound on it?  I was thinking of using the CVP products but they said they haven't done this on the new locos yet and I would be the guinea pig LOL.

Tsunami De-acceleration & Braking

This may be old hat here but I am happy to have finally gotten my Soundtraxx Tsunami decoders where I really like them. I’m posting partly to share and partly to put this in one place so I can find it again!
