Track and electrical/DCC

Harness Alternatives
Atlas has some very nice trackside signal products especially those based on the BLMA items. Due to a number of reasons associated with the COVID virus, the connecting harness, Atlas 70-000-050, is neither in stock nor expected soon at any of the retailers or web merchants I have contacted.
Any work arounds? I would think the connect piece itself is a common item?
Need help with JMRI signal aspect problem
I'm new to using forums so forgive me if I do anything wrong.
I need help with JMRI - the signal mast aspects that I've allowed in the Signal Mast table are not the only ones being driven by JMRI and sent to the signals.
Help identifying Scale - track is just less than HO width (.625")
I came across some model freight trains of my late father. wheel width is a little too narrow to run on HO, but I found track that they do match, and it is just less than the HO width of .625 (see pic). I checked web and can't find a standard scale/gauge that matches. Any suggestions?
As always, thanks in advance for review and comment. This is a very helpful forum for newbie like me
LokSound w/Sprog II and Decoder Pro
Thinking about taking the plunge and fixing myself up with Sprog II and Decoder Pro software.
I have several different brands of decoders: TSU1; TSU2; Econami (RTR), Sound Value (RTR, LokSound (Atlas and Bowser RTR), QSI (old Atlas HH660 RTR).
My question: Will LokSound decoders play nice with Sprog II and Decoder Pro?
I'm confident all the Soundtraxx-based decoders will play nice, for the Sprog/DP combo is what my DCC guy uses to program same.
Your input would be much appreciated.
Andre

DCC
Looking for suggestions as where to find DCC controller with sound for a Heisler.
Thanks,
Wiring a pair of wyes in DCC
I'm working on my first layout using DCC. It is HO scale. I am creating a lumber camp area in one corner of the layout and have come up with a plan that will fit my space and allow for a siding for empties. Since I don't have room for a turntable, I'm relying on the wyes to let me turn the locos around. Unfortunately, what I have done is create a wye within a wye. I'm concerned about how to wire this up without creating shorts.
Why would a DCC loco get its address scrambled?
I've now had two locos do this recently. They were working normally, then they got packed up in their original boxes, and later they were roughly as dead as Jacob Marley's ghost of train set past. To make a long story short, I couldn't find anything wrong with the electrical stuff (I had assumed that the tender-to-loco harness was broken, disconnected or something like that), nor was anything else seemingly wrong with the wiring. In exasperation, I put them on the DCC programming track and queried the decoder type, preparing to reset it.
Tsunami-2 with TCS Keep Alive
Adding the newest model of a TCS KA2 to a factory installed Tsunami-2 sound decoder that has the 2-pin plug for their current keeper.
In see SoundTraxx sales a pin harness compatible with their current keeper plug. https://soundtraxx.com/accessories/installation-accessories/wiring-aids/
I take it installing the KA2 would be simply splicing together the wires for the KA2 and pin harness? (Blue to blue. Black to black)
“Assuming the plug on the Tsunami is a 12V positive and a ground connection”

Continuity Problems
Brand new layout using code 83 flex and Walthers turnouts. Walthers turnouts were chosen for their supposed DCC compatibility. It's a point-to-point layout and was intended to be DCC so it was constructed with only a single electrical block. Got the track work done and electrical connections made on every piece of the flex track. Connected a dirt cheap DC rheostat type power pack and my DC locomotives, a Con-Cor MP15 and a Bachmann 2-8-0 worked great! No problems with derailments and NO STALLING anywhere on the layout.

How many curved through tracks and how many stub ended storage tracks?
Gang,
I tried to update my blog, but I guess updating a blog does not immediately bring it to everyone's attention?
