 Operation session today on the Coal and Steel RR.
   My regular operator and me,  operated the layout today. I was dispatcher, we both took turns on  being the conductor and engineer.

What I do with my train catches

I capture trains in film for a hobby, I guess. But what do I do with all that footage? Well, I make a production for myself called "My Local Trains". The first three weren't very well put together, but volumes 4,5, and the beggining of 6 which I just started, are pretty good. Here is the beggining of Volume 6, but not in HD like it is at home sad

To All: Today we see two A Cab Units passing Glen Tower on the layout. These are Bachmann DCC equipped locomotives pulling a manifest freight. Nicknamed "Sharks". BLW classed them as DR-4-4-1500's. Yours, Elvin Howland/E. St. Louis Rail Group Layout

Weekend Project - Installing a Digitrax Sound Decoder in an N-scale Kato E8A with an Aztec frame

I have some great running N-scale Kato engines (E8 A/B, PA-PB-PA) as well as a BLI Paragon2 sound equipped E8A/B set. But I was really interested in seeing how sound could be added to at least some of the Kato “A” units.
