I'm beginning to work on the backdrops on my BNML. In this blog post I will share how I create the first of many curved corners on the layout.

I'll be starting on the Morris - St Jean curve. This is the long sweeping curve in the North East corner of my layout.
The Morris - St Jean curve is marked with a red arrow on the plan below.

Anyone have some funny and/or embaresing stories related to modeling lets hear them.

 Here are a few photos of a recent project to weather a new Athearn Genesis CNW GP15-1 with DCC/sound for transfer service on the Meadow Sub.

SKY BLUE! Have made more progress on the new layout with a backdrop and painting and some initial critical switches installed (sans Tortise machines) before finishing the man line.

I bet no one can tell me they got a laugh out of this.

All i have to say is they are quite amazing:
