SOLVED - Could use some help finding disassembly instructions - BLI NYC Hudson (2002)

After two hours of Google and YouTube searching and checking out the BLI website, I cannot find a manual for disassembling the BLI Hudson. I believe I had it at one time but now can't find it. Specifically, I want to get at the wiring in the engine because I appear to have a loose wire for the headlight as it it is intermittent. I have removed the LED from the smoke box, tested it, and replaced it and ensured it is not shorting on the weight.

Does anyone have a link to the documentation or a YouTube video?

I believe an earlier repair job of mine is at fault!

Modelling a beautiful wooden platform from early 1900s

Hi! This week I've been making a model of a beautiful wooden platform from early 1900s. The construction is not very complicated or demanding. The total work time for a 700mm platform was about 8 hours including integration on the layout.

A couple of videos from 2002 UP Challenger & Circus Train Runby

For my first blog entry, thought I would share two of my videos that I took on 8mm videotape back in 2002. Some of you have probably seen these on another forum.

Had this on 8mm video tape for years (obviously) from July 6, 2002. Recent messages here got me interested in digitizing it and here it is! And, yes, that is me taking pictures at trackside (still haven't digitized them, they are 35mm film). Taken in Mt. Prospect, IL (just north of OHare Airport.

Youtube changes, and how it affects creators in our hobby.

Youtube changes, and how it affects creators in our hobby.

Last evening I received an email informing me that my channel with 200k views is going to be demonetized because viewers aren't watching the channel enough. Granted I don't post there much as I use the JaSM channel. But my point is, this channel flew under the radar for a long time.

HO bridge ideas and where to start

HO SCALE question about a bridge.

I am looking to build a steel viaduct for our club layout. What i am after is a good base product to kit bash.

I have (real world) 35-40 inches or 1meter across rhe span. The middle goes over a shelloish river.

Have been thinking of microenginering but not sure how good they are, as the bridge is in a veey dominant position.

Working for the Norfolk Southern Railroad has only made the hobby of model railroading more intense for our latest victim… Err… I mean guest, James Mattern

When James isn’t busy as a regular crew member on Tom Jacobs, Reading layout, he’s busy modeling the post war Cornwall Railroad.

So sit back and relax with big frosty mug of diesel fuel as we bring you, “the Mattern Chronicles.”

Steam crane kit

Looking for a kit of a HO scale steam crane. Would prefer a crawler but car mounted would work also.
