Ok, here's what's happened. I've got an Athearn Genesis SD70ACE that I'm giving a LED upgrade to. Teh LED's I ended up going with is warn white piko chip LED's from Evan designs that came assembelded with resistors, bridge rectifiers added in-line. I've got the LED's paired up and ready to go in, two for teh front headlights, two for the rear and then one for each of the front ditch lights. I tested them with a 9V battery both straight out of the package and again after I'd wired everything up to Micromark quick disconnects.

Hey everyone, back again with another update!!! Seriously though, sorry it's been so long. I haven't really been doing anything aside from inventory to prepare for the move, a tiny bit of work with some Tortoise machines, and admittedly way too much time enjoying my new GTX1070Gaming graphics card. Anyways, this update covers a locomotive lighting, the little bit of work I did manage to do, some finished projects as well as a look at the inventory process.

This time around I'm going to focus on doing some terraforming and putting on the vase layer of scenery. Hope to see you there!!!!

Hey everyone, finally back with something other than Trainz livestreams, as fun as they are. This trip was a gem, with a great selection of locomotives. Probably the most notable items you'll see in the video is a GP40 sitting on some Alco trucks, two 45-tonners, and an SD40X. Speaking of which, weren't the SD40X's specific to SP???? Alright, everybody, I know this is LONG overdue, but here are some pics for the followup to the short in my spectrum articulated. To make a long story short, it turned out, like some of you had suggested, that it was a loose connection with the driver truck wires. So anyway, I went ahead and fixed that. While I was at it, I found out the circuit board in the locomotive had gone bad, so I pulled it out and replaced it with a set of Micro-Mark mini connectors.
