Modeling general discussion

The Saga of Brian Pate's KMR. Phase 1 is now complete
Brian Pate is a well know modeler winning two NMRA National Best in Show awards, being a founding member of the biannual VanRail Invitational Operating event, and being the builder of the wonderful Klondike Mines Railway ( http://www3.telus.net/KMR/ ). The KMR was renowned for it historic models of dredges, sternwheelers and the buildings, industries and livelihood of the Klondike area of Northern Canada circa 1949. My newest video camera for model railroading- Polaroid Cube
It was time to upgrade my micro video camera as my MUVI could not do HD. I wanted something small enough to ride around on my layout and also be able to be able to set it down in tight spaces for still shots. I purchased the Polaroid Cube for $99. after looking at a number of reviews and so far I have been very happy with it. They also offer 1440p with WiFi and image stabilization for $149.

Any ideas? Thanks.

But, if you go on wikimapia/google maps/whatever to the secoind exit northbound on I-95 after crossing into Georgia from Florida, then follow the tracks east about 8 KM (in the east of St.
Show me some Halloween Fun
As the leaves turn red and orange and the cooler winds blow, October brings not only the start of the model railroading season, but thoughts of Halloween as well.
Show me your horror, your bloody scenes, your zombie hordes, nightly ghost trains and things that will keep us up at night!!!!
I'll start it off with my 1:87 scratch built HO scale Headless Horseman.

What Are These Things?
Found these near Plainview Texas on the BNSF. Do you know what they are?
