For those that never heard of them, The Pass was something modelers did for their layouts.  Started printed and eventually was also Electronic (Epass). It was a fun collecting thing one could say. I collected them myself, up into the early2000's. 

This bring us to now. On my Railroad Facebook group (Elsewhere Branch), I started something like the pass with a twist. Similar to baseball trading cards. The idea is a card representing the owners layout with basic information. My card is :

The -8 is just parts, don’t know what real engine name, the smaller one is complete.

I am checking in to ask if anyone has done business with a web seller called Hobby Rails.com? They have a very nice website, nice presentation of items and decent prices. Looks legit to me. However, I placed an order to them on July 27 and I received an order confirmation with order number within 24 hours but have heard nothing since and have not received my order. I have sent two e-mails, checking on order status, and left a message on their phone but no response. Discover said they hit my card on the order date. Unfortunately there is no physical address provided on the website.
