Productive weekend on the H&C with the town of Carroll Creek mostly in place:
The town of Carroll Creek is basically on a canyon ledge above the creek. I left room for a little depot and some cabins, perhaps even a few on stilts in the front?

Photo backdrop adhesion problems
I mounted a 24" by 96" photo-backdrop on 1/8 inch fiberboard with Krylon or 3 m spray adhesive. It was fine (and looked great ) for several months. Now the photo has started to "blister." See attached photo. By blisters I mean that there are a number of places where the photo no longer adheres and it sticks out in a bump. The bumps or blisters are an inch or so wide and 5-12 inches long. Any idea why this is happening. I do have humidity problems.

The final 18" segment of mainline track awaits the construction of a bridge and river on the bench work. This will complete about 400' of mainline in two rooms, and a chance to run trains all the way around the second level.
Despite having to take a few days off next week to move one of the kids into an apartment up in VT, I hope to post the progress of this area as it progresses, which I hope will be rapidly.

Changing Wheels
The other day I was in Dillon, SC, to watch some trains, and happened to hear the local trainmaster talking with the dispatcher about getting time on the siding in Dillon to change out a wheel set on a car there. This is what happened.
