Your thoughts on building this layout?
I think it's time I started building a new layout, and this is what I have in mind:
I'll describe it in more detail below. I would like to hear any comments on building, operation, etc.

Bit by Bit, Board by Board
We all have those big projects that stare forebodingly at us. You know the ones we put off, etc. Sometimes, they aren't as big as we thought, and we just need to tackle it one bit at a time.
I have been starting on structures for my layout and it is slow going, but it has been going well.

Single Stall Engine House Part 9
Been a busy week, but squeezed in some time today to work on the Engine House.
Received my roofing material last week and trimmed to size today and also installed the sky lights today.
The material comes in long strips so had to trim down to 4' X 8' sheets. they come 10' wide by 57' long.
I save the left over bits to use on the roof cap.
Photo backdrop printing services
Has anyone used an on-line printing shop for their photo backdrop? I am looking for some recommendations from anyone who has had good experiences with one. I have pieced together my panorama, made sure everything is right, and now I am looking for a good shop that doesn't charge an arm and a leg.
Best Regards,
John
RAILMOPS
Does anyone know of any software that functions like railmops without all the programming. I don't mind having to input my own info but haven't done any programming since the old BASIC days.

Follow UP on B & B
More progress on the Bridges. Branch line, Rawlins Branch, has been installed, gaurd rails placed, and the bents mudded in with Cal Coat 127. Now we need to paint the cal coat and then we need some water. Keep up with the story at https://www.facebook.com/#!/groups/ahouston3/
