Magoffin Sound Systems
I was able to acquire a complete Magoffin Sound System for both steam and diesel on EBay. While it is complete, I need some instructions. Does anyone have a manual for copying? Thanks. Ted M.
Buy and Sell?
I would like to open this post with a sort of disclaimer:
I understand that there are many other places to buy and sell trains. I know about eBay and Craigslist and everywhere in between. I'm asking this to see what the general consensus is on this forum regarding but and sell, because almost all of us are experienced modelers, transactions could be made better. I feel like purchasing from one of MRH's members would be a safer transaction, because they know what they're doing.

Can't upload pictures- new problem... fixed!
Hello,
I've been able to upload pictures regularly form Windows 10 in the past week. I tried last night and this morning and after a long wait get this message:
The file browser is disabled for security reasons. Please contact your system administrator and check the CKFinder configuration file.
The only files I know how to manipulate are steel, sharp and reside in my toolbox. Thanks in advance for your help!

Urgent need for a custom made chassis and interior for HO scale subway!
Dear All
I just recently joined this forum based on a recommendation from a fellow model maker. I am currently in the process of starting my HO scale train model and have ordered a subway model from the Berlin BVG. Unfortunately as they are rare to find I had one designed and printed.

Southern Railway Eastbound coal train in December 1980. Train has descended the "Loops" and is about 4 miles from Old Fort.
Volunteers to help build the MRH Wiki
Okay, time to get serious about building an MRH Wiki. We're standing up a new MRH Groups site (think Yahoo Groups, but just for model railroading) and as part of that one of the subgroups is our own MRH model railroading knowledgebase (WIKI).
We need volunteers to help build this hobby knowledgebase. We need recommendations on how to organize it and what to include. For starters, there is a LOT of great knowledge collected here in these forums and blogs, and the best of those posts from here can be moved over to the new wiki and reorganized for easy access by topic.

Thank you Joe for allowing us to upload photos of our models and layouts to this forum. It seems Photobucket just broke the internet with their new policy. People who had free accounts with photos linked to forums are the ones affected. Now instead of the image being displayed, there is a user message from Photobucket.
