Delighted
Les, delighted to have you as part of the MRH team!
Les, BTW, is our Advertising Account Manager - and a passionate FREMO modeler.
I just LOVE what the FREMO and RPM (Railroad Prototype Modelers) guys are doing ... when you put those two together you get some killer model railroading.
At any rate, welcome Les, and looking forward to a fun ride with a great team of folks!

Looks good
I like the format. Nice to be able to size the screen, something lacking in a lot of the flash video presented by other web sites.. in general I found the video to be plenty good quality for news.
The fast tracks video could have used more close shots. The Athearn video was better. Pixelation makes detail hard to resolve, so with these videos I think you are going to need to come in close to products and presentations when you can.
I look forward to more installments and hope this project takes off!
Regards,
Chris

Fast Tracks was one of the
Fast Tracks was one of the first one's we shot - we later got into the habit of going in after the interview and getting closeup shots of the products mentioned so that we'll be able to edit them in with a voiceover, lessening the "talking heads" effect.

What browser and machine OS are you using? Also, are you dial up or broadband?
Finally, have you tried watching the videos on a different computer, like at a friend's house or at work?

Hi again,
sorry for the " non working video's " intrusion, but they are working fine now......, was a security setting my ways, I think, lol. Problem solved.
Anny way....
Thanks for the video's, would have prefered Mr fugate's doughter doing the interviews (no offence) but Mr shultz will have to do for now, I guess...............lol

Jappe:
Glad to hear you got it all solved!
While my daughter might be more fun for us guys to watch, Jeff's great in that he has the knowledge of the hobby and could hold his own very well in the interviews.
Witness the Athearn interview - Jeff immediately rattled off what Athearn's doing with making some of their product line cost less and Micheal Stephens replied that Jeff's assessment was quite accurate. My daughter could not have done that!
My daughter did conduct the interview with Canyon Creek Scenics that is the special feature on volume 5 of the Model-Trains-Video.com how-to series. She would like to do more along that line so we'll probably have her show up now and then in front of the camera on some things!

Video works great for me too. Thank you Joe, Patty, Jeff and the others for the effort.
