Update on new layout after watching end of the line
After watching Trainmasters TV March 2014 act two and a possibility of a move, I evaluated my current layout Colorado and Coyote Creek. And on May 29, 2014 I began tearing down the layout. Since then I have had two other gentlemen join my crew and we now have a four-man crew working to build the new layout.
I would like to share with Model Railroad Hobbyist members the work that we have accomplished in the last two months. Here is a short video on my update for August 3, 2014.
The Bridge to Somewhere....
Let's face it- we all like bridges. I would guess that most of us have at least one on our layouts.
I am not immune to this phenomenon, as I added a bridge to my layout last night: http://joshuadewolfe.wordpress.com/2014/08/03/the-bridge-to-somewhere/

Flat Irons Revisited
Putting in scenery and completing a scene. What it looks like in the beginning and how over years comes to completion.
The Tiltable Book by Ray Mathews
Has anyone heard of or read THE TILTABLE BOOK by Ray Mathews? It seems to be popular in MRR Clubs. Any ideas on why that is? Is the idea of a tilting table of use to lots of modelers? I'm really curious. I see it's been adapted to N-TRAK tables -- could that be a reason? Appreciate any thoughts you might have.

Cleveland 2014 - Sunday, Day 3 of the NTS (Moloco
Okay, here are my photos from the last day of the NTS (I've still got more to add to some previous days, I think... possibly a couple missing layout tours).
This is going to be divided up into overhead show shots, product shots (I got the Moloco cars, reshot one of the C636's, took some additional detail shots of the SD40s, and demonstrate the existance of the next run of Atlas HO scale C32-8's), and then just some random show stuff... in at least one case, really random.
built an elevator
Kinda finished this today. Now I need a layout to put it on
I'm not the happiest with the watercolor pencil weathering of the roof. Does look better in person though
