Garden Railroad Musings
My main focus is my HO Scale Nicholas & Ashley Creek Ry. But my wife likes to garden, and during the Summer months I like to be outdoors too. Recently I've gotten a more receptive response to the idea of a small Garden Railroad, so, I've been playing with ideas. My plan for this blog is to explore G scale and develop ideas that I might use in the future. Suggestions and insights are welcome!

Getting ready to go back down to Ken Patterson's. This time with another ITLA kit.

Wiring Continues
Wiring continues on my layout, albeit slow paced. I realized I needed some hookup wire and a few other odds and sods to get the job done. Then spring arrived and I have been outside enjoying the good weather. I did get facia on and my MRC prodigy advanced2 hooked in. Just about to tackle the final hook ups on the turn table. I do wire in toggles so I can shut power off to the tracks.
Time to get back to work before the day gets too nice and I head outdoors.
The future of SouthRiver Model Works detail parts.
First, we saw the FSM detail line sold. Now we see Bob Van Gelder selling his line. So these amazing detail parts are still available, in fact, we might get a more relaxed ability to buy parts.
