Whole house train set
Found this posting on FaceBook. In case you thought Lego train sets were just for around the X-Mas tree, check out this whole house (inside and outside) layout video.

Reversing the Decline in Participation in Model Railroading Depends on Taking Two Steps
Participation in the model railroading hobby will expand if we take to heart some lessons from military modelers. While admittedly anecdotal evidence, a look at the ages of authors published in Kalmbach's Fine Scale Modeler reveals military modelers, or more broadly plastic modelers, to be a generation or two younger than model railroaders.
HO scale garden Railroad
Has anyone attempted to build an HO scale garden layout? If so, please advise as to set backs with wiring, roadbed etc.

Proto 2000 Assembly Instructions
Dear forum;
I got my hands on a stash of Proto 2000 4427 Hopper Kits sans instructions - after surfing the interwebs I still have naught - does anyone have a link or a scan to share?
HO Scale: Code 110 or 88 Wheels?
This may not be the right forum, but it's neither track or rolling stock, but both. My question:
Would Kadee code 88 wheels track okay on Peco code 83 flex and Peco code 83 Electrofrog switches?
I will be purchasing metal wheel sets en masse and now would be as good a time as any to switch over.
Thanks.

Installing Pennsy Signals... the real thing.
Any structural engineers here? Or someone who might have some knowledge of Pennsy trackside structure requirements?
I have a dual head Pennsy signal that I'm looking to install in my back yard, however, I cannot find any information about how the PRR mounted these to the concrete bases, what the subterranean base entailed, or what a proper method would be now.
Rolling stock rail scale and scale house
I would like to model a rail scale, based on early 1900s narrow gauge. Does anyone know of a kit or has photos how they modeled a rail scale and Fairbanks Morse scale house for rolling stock/are cars??
Thanks
