MRH Magazine general discussion
Something MRH Mag can do that other mags cannot?
MRH can be downloaded by the same or new readers long after it is first released on-line.
So, is possible, or already done, to apply updates, corrections or improvements to current and /or past issues?
IMIO, it would seem that this would be a very powerful extra feature. Particularly as compared to the major print mags which clearly cannot "re-call" sold copies to make any important changes, corrections or further explanations, that might arise from reader feedback.

Great Issue!
Wow!
I just had the privilege of downloading and reading the August issue of MRH. Congratulations Mr. Fugate et al, what a tremendous issue. It is well worth the extra wait, you folks have outdone yourselves.
article about a layout visit
Hi Guys.
I am hoping if someone could give me the link to a recent article about a home layout visit. Set in the Durango Silverton 1890 era, by a gentleman who had his military medals mounted on the train room wall (two Silver Stars). I just cant find it. Pure inspiration for me as that is (sort of) what I am modeling.
Thanks.
John.
Timeing out
I have noticed that while logged in reading the post that after awhile I get logged out. Is there a time limit? if so haw can the limit be extended. Love you magazine and web site!
What would be the best 7 inch tablet for MRH II?
The SWMBO is telling me that I should get a tablet for reading the MRH forum and magazine. She has an iPad, which I will use once in awhile when she isn't using it.

Free-moN article still coming?
Just kind of curious as to if the Free-moN article promised in the June issue is still forthcoming, as I am starting a Free-moN module myself.
I was eagerly awaiting the release of the July issue, but it was a bit of a let-down to see it wasn't included. Great magazine otherwise though, as usual!

Are we losing the work and influence of the Masters?
This is a question that has troubled me for sometime and the recent article about a Gorre and Daphetid themed layout as well as the editorial about John Allen has brought it to mind again. I guess my question deserves some definition of who I consider the masters so I'll start with that. I'll start with the list of people that Joe mentioned in his Reverse Running column, John Allen of course, Whit Towers and Bill McClanahan. To that list I'll add names like Linn Wescott and Frank Ellison.
