I'm looking for paint recommendations to match an HO Proto 2000 GP60 and an Athearn CF7, both in Santa Fe blue and yellow. The blues on the two models look quite different to my eyes, but the yellows seem very close. When I finish adding details they'll both be weathered, so touch-up paint doesn't have to be an absolutely perfect match, but closer is better. Thanks for any help.

I have been repainting my loco roster in my home railroad colours and in the process, stupidly, took the horns of the roof of both of them. Now I have finished painting them up, I find that I can only locate one set of horns. These are Atlas GP-15  typically Atlas #1590. If any one knows where i can get a replacement set, I would be grateful for the information. If anyone has one spare, I would happily pay for the postage to the UK.

I am just getting going on my N Scale layout and have taken delivery of some Atlas Trainman  90 Ton Hopper cars. I intend to use these to feed coal out to an off layout coal fired power station. This will involve a couple of trainload every day going off the layout loaded with coal and coming back on empty. I was hoping to achieve this using a magnet to lift them out. However, the coal load in the Atlas hoppers is fixed in place.

I know that I could remove them and ignore any damage. I would then have to make my own coal inserts

Have been out of HO scale for some time now and looking to get back in.  With finances the way they are I am going to limit myself to one or two engines since I will be working a 2 x 16 switching layout.  Here is the rub, I want to be able to switch out a few buildings, the motive power, and some of the rolling stock to a different railroad and or era for different operating sessions.  I am partial to GP-9's and can think of six different railroads I want to model but I certainly don't want to have twelve engines if I go with pairs.
