Ho scale figures of swimmers

I am trying to find ho scale swimming figures for my river scene. I have tried Walthers but have been unable to fine the figures that are in the attached river scene photo. I am particularly interested with the person on the float. Any information would be appreciated.

Trying to find a past post

I’m trying to locate a post that was made on the Model Railroad Hobbyist website. The post had a river scene with swimmers in the river. See attachment.

Propane Dealer Question

Hi, I have a question about propane dealers.  I have the Walthers Central Gas & Supply kit (933-3011) and of course, the instructions are pretty much useless.  Just exploded drawings, but no clue as to how to arrange the piping and pump house(s).  I realize that there is some flexibility, given the "real estate" available for the model structure, i.e., different ways to site the components.

Design and attach a wall for a rear open part of a Plasticville kit

I am in love with this building and want to use it, but I want to fill the back top of the open structure so it doesn't look like a kid's model.  (See Pic 2, image .0045)

My first thought was to just add plaster, fill, contour and sand, but that is going to be hard because of the roof.

Does anyone have any suggestions about trying to measure, cut and fill with styrene or some other substance give this structure a better look?

Thanks!

Looking for Euro Decals

I have spent about two hours searching and scouring the internet as well as Wathers, Kibri, etc looking for some European decals. I want something that has some, "German", "Austrian", "Swiss" etc graphics and logos for buildings and signs.

Anyone have any suggestions?

Forced Perspective Views/Art

amazing art
Would this be termed forced perspective?

VID-20200402-WA00041      (its an MP4 video, and I do not know how to post a proper link?)

It would be a very interesting art work form for some of our background scenes

Greg Northern Railway Office - HO scale structure and Diorama Completed 1-29-21

Shortlines are notorious for making due with what they can get. Here the Greg Northern Railway uses this old yard office as a crew office and general office for its small staff. Currently the railway is only leasing power and has no locomotives to its name, hopefully that will change soon.

Looking for a simple rectangular 2 story red brick Colonial house kit

One of the signature scenes of both the Western Maryland RR and Maryland Midland in Union Bridge, Md. when they ran down Farquhar Street to get to the cement plant is the track entering Faquhar Street by passing very closely beside a simple red brick two story house.  I mean really close by it.  The track is literally in the front yard. Do a google maps search of Union Bridge on Farquhar street and go to street view if you don't believe me.   Street running continued until 2007.

Tenmile Creek Tunnel Portals

Hi Joe,

Love the Tenmile Creek video series. I'm making the tunnel portals out of 2x6's as you are showing in your video. So far so good, the one thing that I had to do by eyeball is buy the stripwood for the decorative trim. I bought 1/16" x 1/16" and 1/16" x 1/8" but now that I'm at that stage of construction it feels like I may have guessed incorrectly. Would you mind saying what size stripwood you ended up using...

Sidewalk corners question (1960s)

Hello everyone

Quick question. I have seen that in modern times (post 70s), there has been some sort of standardization on having the sidewalk corners depressed.

In 70s and earlier photos (LA area), I have seen the corners being depressed by having a different slope/contour (appearing almost non standardized vs modern equivalents).
